Options provides free confidential help if you are facing an unplanned pregnancy or experiencing emotional difficulties after an abortion.
Options advisors are trained volunteers who offer a calm space, a listening ear and friendly support.
If you find yourself pregnant we offer care and respect by providing a place where you can ask questions and discuss your options. Talking through the options of parenting, abortion and adoption, answering your questions and providing information means you can make an informed choice. Whatever your decision we can provide ongoing support and practical help.
Options advisors are trained to provide pregnancy tests. The results are confidential and a counselling advisor will be available to talk through the impact of the result and discuss your options with you if you are uncertain of what to do next.
For women (and their partners) who are troubled by a past abortion we offer a ten step recovery programme called The Journey. This provides an opportunity to express your feelings, be heard and understood, and find ways of dealing with your emotions and moving on.
At Options we provide these services free of charge and do not discriminate by nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion or age.
